1. About Franklin County High Markers
Franklin County High Markers (FCHM) is a snowmobile club based in Franklin County, Idaho. The purpose of the club is to promote snowmobiling, raise funds to protect and maintain public access to snowmobiling areas, and support advocacy efforts that oppose lobbying intended to restrict snowmobile use on public lands. This website serves as an informational blog and a platform for members to sign up and communicate with the club.
2. Membership and Payments
Membership is available to individuals who submit their information through the website’s contact or sign-up form or in person at a club event. Membership dues are collected in person at the Opening Social. If an individual registers after November 1, an FCHM associate will contact them to arrange payment. All payments are final, and there are no refunds under any circumstances. By joining FCHM, members also become automatic members of the Idaho State Snowmobile Association (ISSA).
3. Information We Collect
When you complete the contact or sign-up form, FCHM collects personal information including your full name, email address, mailing address, and phone number. This information is used for club communications, event coordination, membership management, and ISSA membership processing. All form submissions are securely stored in a Google Sheet accessible only to authorized FCHM associates.
4. Use of Information
Your information will be used solely for legitimate club purposes. FCHM does not sell, rent, or distribute personal information to third parties, except as required to fulfill ISSA membership requirements or comply with legal obligations.
5. Access to Personal Information
You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal information by contacting FCHM at fchmclub@gmail.com. To protect the privacy of other members, only your individual record will be provided, not the full member list. All verified requests will be processed within a reasonable period, typically within thirty (30) days.
6. Intellectual Property
All materials published on this website, including but not limited to text, photos, videos, and graphics, are the property of Franklin County High Markers unless otherwise credited. No content from this website may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission from FCHM.
